Richard is always very informative, understanding of pressures of our role and keen to ensure we get the best out of our time with him and build our confidence.
Enjoyable, informative training, well presented and delivered
I found Richard to be very knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to present this knowledge in an articulate, humorous and humane manner
Training is very well paced for any Children’s Service supervisor/manager. Enabled time to reflect and discuss practice and supervision
