We are a Brighton based company with a national and international reach.
We pride ourselves in providing a responsive, personable and tailor made service. Established by Richard Swann in 2008 we have provided training and consultancy services for multi-professional groups across the UK, Ireland and abroad.
These include local authority teams, health trusts, safeguarding boards, youth offending services, mental health teams, police services, schools and the third sector
About Richard
Richard is a registered social worker with over twenty-seven years of experience as a practitioner, manager and trainer in safeguarding and comes with extensive knowledge and skills in providing specialist assessment and treatment services for children and young people at risk of significant harm and their parents and carers. Between 2005 and 2020 Richard was an Associate Trainer for the AIM Project, providing specialist training for professionals working with children and young people who harm sexually.
Richard has considerable expertise in supervision training for a range of disciplines. In 2009 Richard was senior trainer for the delivery of a national supervision training programme provided by In Trac for the Children’s Workforce Development Council. Between 2011 and 2015 Richard undertook the role of lead trainer for the delivery of the supervision skills training programme for the Department of Health’s Family Nurse Partnership across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. He continues to provide supervision and leadership training programmes for a range of disciplines across the UK and Ireland.
